Opticals Online do not offer refunds due to change of mind.
To qualify for a refund, all products must meet the following criteria:
The product must be defective
The lens packet must be unopened / fully sealed
The product must have been purchased within the last 30 days
The product must be returned to us
The customer must pay the return shipping cost
The original shipping cost will not be refunded
If the lenses you have purchased are factory defective, you may have rights to a full refund or exchange. Opticals Online endeavour to exchange all factory defective products and process returns within a reasonable time.
Nonetheless, the product must still meet all the criteria listed to qualify and satisfactory proof of purchase must be sent to us before we start the returns process.
Refunds will always be given using your original payment method in order to protect the consumer. Under no circumstances can we refund payments to another nominated card or bank account.
If the order was returned due to an unclaimed package or incorrect address, Opticals Online reserves the right to charge for the product to be re-shipped.
Opticals Online does not take any responsibility for incorrect ordering or change of mind regarding our products. The color of our natural colored contact lenses will vary depending on the individual's eye color, skin tone, eye shape and makeup. We cannot refund, exchange or replace lenses if a customer changes their mind about the color.
If you are moving house or wish the product to be sent to a different address listed on your order, you must email us at "firstname.lastname@example.org" with the subject "CHANGE OF ADDRESS," the order number and the new address you wish the product to be sent. Emails MUST be sent within 1 hours of ordering in order to guarantee a smooth delivery.
Information obtained when returning merchandise will be securely stored and protected. The information may be disclosed to state/territory departments upon request, as required by law. It may be used for fraud protection purposes but under no circumstances will it be used for marketing or sold to advertisers.
In the instance, a bundle was purchased and one of the items must be returned, in order to qualify for a FULL refund - ALL items must be returned. However, if you return only the defective item, the value of the unreturned items will be deducted from the total refund amount available to you.
If products were on sale / heavily discounted, they will not be refunded. In the instance your product is factory defective, we will offer a full exchange but unfortunately cannot process a full refund.
