Optical Prescription Frames & Blue Light Glasses
Our Prescription and Blue Light frames are made special, just for you! Because of this, dispatch time is a little longer. We want our products to be perfect, and for this reason we will not rush production at the expense of quality.
Generally you can expect to receive your new frames within 14 business days after first ordering with FREE standard tracked shipping.
If you choose express shipping at the checkout, you will receive your new glasses 2-3 days after dispatch.
Dispatch is generally 7 business days after your order has been placed.
Contact Lenses & Sunglasses
Our contact lenses are all shipped directly from our warehouse in Savannah, Georgia.
Dispatch is generally 3 business days, however during a promotion dispatch can be extended up to two weeks.
Contact lenses will be shipped via DHL tracked shipping and should arrive within 7 business days after being dispatched.
Sunglasses are shipped via tracked shipping and should arrive within 7 business days after being dispatched.
Please note that your order will be sent in numerous parcels if you order from different collections, due to the nature of our optical frames being personalized.
All shipments are tracked so you can be confident in tracking your order every step of the way.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN EACH BOX OF OPTICALS ONLINE CONTACT LENSES?
Each box of contact lenses contains two lenses of the same color, stored in a blister with sterile saline solution, as well as a lens case to store your contact lenses in after use.

Our lenses fall under three pricing brackets:
- 1 month lenses cost $29.99
- 3 month lenses are $39.99
- 6 month lenses cost $59.99.

HOW LONG CAN I WEAR OPTICALS ONLINE CONTACTS LENSES?
Optical Lenses has three types of lenses available.
1 month lenses can be worn for one month, daily, from the time the blister is opened. It is recommended that they are disposed of after the one month period.
3 month lenses can be worn for three months, daily, from the time the blister is opened. It is recommended that they are disposed of after the one month period.
6 month lenses can be worn for six months, daily, from the time the blister is opened. It is recommended that they are disposed of after the one month period.
CAN I SLEEP WITH OPTICALS ONLINE CONTACTS LENSES?
No, it is not advisable to sleep with any kind of contact lenses. It is important to remove your Opticals Online Contacts lenses before sleeping and store them in their lens case filled with solution.

WHAT CAN I DO IF I AM EXPERIENCING DISCOMFORT WHEN WEARING THE LENSES?
Your eyes may be dry, and we would suggest using some eye drops or removing our lenses for a short amount of time to give your eyes a break. Alternatively your lenses may be inside-out, if this is the case simply flip them inside-out and give them a wash with contact lens solution before reapplying them. Also, ensure you have rinsed your lenses well with contact lens solution prior to wearing them, as any dust on the lenses can cause irritation against your eye.
